Making an Offer

Once you have found a property that you like you can then make an offer. We notify the vendor by telephone. Once the vendor has been informed and your offer has been considered we will let you know the response. The information that will be relayed to the owner:

• The amount offered
• The position you are in i.e. first time buyer, property to sell, etc

If your offer is accepted we will instruct both vendor and purchaser solicitors, confirming the agreed purchase price. The conveyancing process generally takes 8-12 weeks for completion.
